1. Choose how to create it.
Ask us to help prepare your pet, or make it yourself in Kibi’s control panel.

2. Share your pet.
For help preparing the design, provide a clear photo of your animal. You can also tell us their name, species, and distinctive features. Larson’s real photo and animations on this page show one example.

3. Choose their world.
Provide a background photo or describe the place and mood you want. For Larson, we chose an autumn forest by a lake.

4. Approve, then we ship.
If we prepare your pet design, we’ll show it to you for approval before dispatch. Choose the regular batch at $40, with dispatch starting from November 1, 2026, or an off-schedule order at $55 ($40 + $15). The batch start date is not a promised dispatch date for every order. Shipping, import duties, and taxes are paid separately. We agree on your final total and exact dispatch date before payment.

01 / Pet photo → pixel pet
“Create a pixel-art pet for a small color screen from the attached animal photo. Preserve the recognizable face, coloring, markings, ear shape, and personality. Show one full-body pet centered on a transparent background, with a clear silhouette and large readable details. No text, extra objects, or shadows outside the pet. The animal must remain recognizable at 200×200 pixels. Use the attached Kibi control panel requirements for the final canvas size and file format.”

02 / Give your pet a background
“Create a background for my pet using [the attached background photo / this description: place, time of day, and mood]. Make the scene readable on a small screen, leaving space in the center for the pet and a surface beneath its paws or feet. Keep the upper area calm for the clock and indicators. No animals, people, text, logos, or interface. Follow the attached Kibi control panel requirements for dimensions and format.”

03 / Bring your pet to life
“Use the attached pixel pet as an unchanged reference. Create a short sequence of frames for [action: looking around / swaying / walking in place / resting]. Keep the canvas dimensions, pet scale, and foot contact point consistent, with a transparent background and no camera movement. Preserve the face, markings, coloring, and proportions in every frame. Make the first and last frames work as a loop. Export the frames separately and specify their order, following the attached Kibi control panel requirements.”

04 / Check and use your design
Check that the pet still looks like your animal, the background leaves room for it, and the animation loops smoothly without changes in scale or appearance. Prepare the files to match Kibi’s control panel requirements, then use the panel to set up your pet and background.

These prompts are free. Copy them into a suitable image-generation tool and adapt the output as needed. Only use photos you are entitled to share. Prefer help preparing your pet? Choose that option in your preorder request; we’ll show you the prepared design for approval before dispatch.

Kibi Order Terms

1. Seller and contact
The seller is Denis Vasilev, an individual. For order questions, warranty requests, cancellations, and returns, contact ceo@sldvlab.com.

2. Product and preorder
Kibi is a device in a black case, available by preorder. The bundle includes Kibi, a carabiner, a lanyard, and a charging dock. Screen designs shown on the website are examples of personalization. Choose help preparing your pet design, or make it yourself in Kibi’s control panel. For a design prepared by us, provide a clear pet photo and either a background photo or a description of the background you want. You may also provide your pet’s name, species, and design notes. We contact you after payment to confirm your pet design and preparation details. We show you the prepared design and obtain your approval before dispatch. The DIY option lets you create your own design in Kibi’s control panel. Voice and AI features require an internet connection. Development of custom features is not included in the device price; its price, scope, and timeline are agreed separately. Submit your order details and continue to PayPal to pay for your preorder. Photos and design details can also be sent by email after payment.

3. Price and payment
The regular-batch device price is $40. An off-schedule device costs $55 ($40 plus a $15 off-schedule surcharge). Flat-rate shipping is $8 per order and is added in checkout. For one Kibi, the checkout total is $48 for the regular batch or $63 for the off-schedule option. Payment is collected through PayPal at checkout. Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by local authorities and are payable by the recipient where applicable. We contact you after payment to confirm the pet design and exact dispatch date.

4. Dispatch and delivery
Regular-batch dispatch starts from November 1, 2026. Your exact dispatch date, for either the regular-batch or off-schedule option, is agreed with you after payment, taking design preparation and approval into account where applicable. A design prepared by us must be approved by you before dispatch. If approval is still pending, we will contact you to agree on a revised dispatch date before shipping. Dispatch means handing the order to the carrier; it is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. The delivery method and available transit estimate are confirmed for your destination after payment. If the agreed dispatch date needs to change, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.

5. Receipt and warranty
On receipt, you may check the contents and appearance. The device warranty is 12 months from the date of handover to you. To report a problem, email ceo@sldvlab.com with your order details and a description. This warranty does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
To request a cancellation, report a defect, or arrange a return, contact ceo@sldvlab.com with your order details. We will confirm the applicable process and return instructions. Cancellation, return, and refund rights, conditions, costs, and time limits are governed by applicable mandatory consumer law. Personalization does not in itself remove any mandatory rights you have. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable requirements; submitting a request does not trigger an instant refund.

7. Order data and mandatory rights
Order data is processed as described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. The terms confirmed for your order apply subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Why data is needed
Handling your Kibi order request, confirming order details after payment, preparing your requested pet design and obtaining your approval where applicable, fulfilling the agreed order, communicating with you, arranging dispatch, handling warranty requests, cancellations, returns and claims, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Submitting an order request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

What data is used
Recipient’s name, email, phone number, delivery address including country, order contents and number, agreed shipping and dispatch details, your setup choice, any pet name and species you provide, pet and background photos you submit, background descriptions, design notes and approval messages, other comments you provide, and order correspondence. Send only photos you are entitled to share and avoid including people, addresses, or other unnecessary personal information in photos or comments.

How data is processed and shared
Data is collected through the website form, recorded, stored, updated, and used for the stated purposes. The website form uses Tilda. Uploaded pet and background photos are stored in the seller’s connected Google Drive through Tilda’s upload service. Data needed to process the form is handled through these services. Data necessary for delivery is shared with the selected carrier. Payments are collected through PayPal at checkout. Order and payment information necessary to process the payment is shared with PayPal; payment credentials are entered on PayPal. Do not enter card details in the order form or comments. Other disclosures are limited to what is necessary and permitted or required by applicable law.

Legal grounds and retention
Data is processed to respond to your request, take steps toward an order, fulfill the agreed order, meet applicable legal obligations, and, where required, on the basis of consent. Data is retained as needed for these purposes and any applicable recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized.

Your requests
For questions about your data, to withdraw consent, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email ceo@sldvlab.com. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that may lawfully continue on another basis.

This policy is available through the website footer and the order request form.

I consent to Denis Vasilev, an individual, contact ceo@sldvlab.com, processing the name, email, phone number, delivery address, setup choice, pet details, pet and background photos, background descriptions, design notes and approvals, comments, and order information I provide.

Purposes: handling my order request, confirming order details after payment, preparing my requested pet design and obtaining my approval where applicable, fulfilling the agreed order, and communicating about dispatch, warranty requests, cancellations, and returns. This consent does not include marketing emails.

Operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, sharing data necessary for these purposes with the Tilda form platform, the seller’s connected Google Drive for photo storage, the selected carrier, and the payment provider where needed and legally permitted, blocking, deletion, and anonymization. Processing may be automated or carried out without automated means.

Consent remains valid for the stated purposes until it is withdrawn, subject to applicable legal grounds and retention requirements. To withdraw consent or ask questions, email ceo@sldvlab.com.
